Awwwww CRAP, I dealt with Copp's for many a year, the guy that owned the shoe repair shop directly below has been a friend for over 30 years, my old barber was right beside him, the old Royal city cafe was an old hangout over 40 years ago....onne Hell of a loss for the Royal City.

I heard about it this morning when I happened to check CTV news site. Saw the coverage on the news... that explosion was unreal. Devastating for sure. Always a shame when historical buildings are lost.
At least it was early enough that no one was at work yet and no first responders were injured (that I'd heard of anyway).
