OTTAWA -- A new national poll suggests Conservatives and Liberals remain deadlocked with neither party able to muster more than lukewarm levels of public support.

Didn't a poll earlier this week say the Cons had increased their lead? I guess you just choose the poll that suits you and run with it.

Harris Decima always gives the shows the Liberals higher than where they probably are.
I was surveyed by Harris Decima about 6 weeks ago, the guy on the phone could barely speak English he had trouble pronouncing the word Conservatives...I'm not making it up!

The results of the byelections do not reflect these polls.

Push-polls---the results are calculated before the polling is done---IOW BS.

Canadian

If they're tied, why hasn't that simpering mugwump Dion, tried to bring down the Government.

Could be that Dion has been kowtowing to Harper so long he thinks he's part of the Conservative party. ROTFL ROTFL

well this poll is not likely that accurate , was another one done by ipsos that had conservatives at 35% to liberals 28% i believe , and it was done at around the exact same time . so somebodys numbers are a little low or high depending on how you look at it
and as for dion his person numbers are still stuck in the low digits
