Even the degenerates who are proven to re-offend get out early.
They had Ex-judge/Now-MP Wally Opal on the radio. We used to say that it was all the politicians fault, now he says that it's all the publics fault, because we don't tell them that we don't like murderers and perverts walking our streets. He was sp compassionate and enthusiastic, on the radio about how the justice industry dosen't work.. but he was powerless to name the reason or provide a solution.
...
and in doing so, he proved that people like him were the problem.
