GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Unmanned drones, based at Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota, are set to start patrolling the Canadian border.

What a stupid waste of money! Do they hope to catch all the Taliban invading North Dakota from Manitoba and Saskatchewan?
