Surrey RCMP are investigating an overnight shooting in Metro Vancouver -- but have not confirmed if it is gang related.

Hurray. Another shooting. More illegal guns and a Range Rover outside of a strip club at midnight. Nah.. can't be gang or drug related..

But folks here keep telling us the crime rate is down.
