MOSCOW -- Russia's defence minister charged Tuesday that the United States and NATO were beefing up their military presence near Russia's borders in a bid for natural resources that could ignite new conflicts.

    God will Russia ever learn... The last time the U.S. and Russia were seconds away from a nuke war they diddn't have the balls to do it and if they did. Good bye earth.

    You can't expect to believe that they are going to develope nukes again and use them if necessary?

    I swear some country leaders are like children, you need a parent to go between them and say "Hey hey now, no more fighting or atleast stop playing with nukes. You can kill your brother with that".

    Why does Russia always seem to think they should have some sort of VETO over the descisions of the ex-Soviet bloc and Warsaw pact states?

    They do not want to come under Russian jackboots again. Joining NATO is the easiest way to do that.
