Chavez cuts Venezuela budget

Hugo Chavez, Venezuela's president, has trimmed the country's budget and almost tripled borrowing to offset a slide in the price of crude oil, the country's main export.

Poor Chavez, he really has a problem! The United States does not like him and has painted him as some nut jobs from a third world country.

On the other hand, in Latin America racism is more about economic. Poor vs. Rich and he has leveled the playing field in his country providing social programs and education to the poor that could only have dreamed about it a generation ago.
